The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has announced the promotion and redeployment of some of its management staff.

Those affected in the exercise include Alhaji Aminu Baba- Kusa, General Manager Crude Oil Marketing Division now elevated to Group General Manager in the same division and Dr Ayo A. Balogun, General Manager, London Office now a Group General Manager.

Notable among the newly promoted is the Corporation’s image-maker, Dr Levi Ajuonuma, who is now Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs Division as well as Mr. C. A Oke, erstwhile General Manager, Power in the Corporate Headquarters’ LNG AND power, now Group General Manager, Minister’s Office.

Others include Mr Edmund Ejekam, Manager, Media Relations now General Manager, Alhaji U.  A Babangida, Executive Director Services, Nigeria Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) now General Manager, Government Relations, Mr M.B. Sanni, Manager, Headquarters and projects Audit now General Manager, C.J. Emoghene Ijatomi, Manager, Upstream and joint Ventures Audit now a General Manager and Mr F.I. Pepple, Manager Community Relations and Development, Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) now redeployed as General Manager Community Relations at the Corporate Headquarters.

Also Mr. M. O. Bajomo, General Manager, GMD’s Office has moved to Crude Oil Marketing Division as General Manager, Sales and Marketing while Mr. D. O. Ekpemauzor, former Manager, Capital Planning is now Executive Director, Services, at the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC).

The NNPC Management also approved the promotion and redeployment of seventeen other senior management staff in various units of the Corporation.
