In the Current business drive, the Commercial and Investment Directorate through the Investment Division, wishes to engage in mutually beneficial Joint Venture partnership with reputable foreign or local investors in the following areas of business:
- Provision of Maritime Services (including Anchor handling vessels, production service vessels, Geotechnical survey boats, standby boats, etc)
- Environmental Control and Waste Management Services
- Pipeline Surveillance and Security
- Gas Utilization Projects
- Surveying – tropical and planimetric; and sea bottom survey
- Well Evaluation/Certification
- Drilling Operations and Support Services
- Deep Offshore Engineering
The target partners shall be the leading or renowned service providers in the industry with strong technology base and shall be of good financial standing.
Prospective partners shall be required to furnish their Company profile, following the format provided below. The considered Company will be invited to Nigeria to participate in an economic survey of the chosen business proposal, and to make presentations to the NNPC Management.
