How Do We Intend To Achieve This Mission?Information Technology division shall accomplish this through highly skilled professional workforce and proven technology. We will engage tested consultants to help deliver our objectives to NNPC. Our approach to project delivery shall by the use of “proof-of-Concept” (POC) to ensure the technology works before we deploy. We will avoid the “Big Bang” approach to reduce risk of failure. What Does ITD Plan To Do?To address the current challenges, NNPC requires a fundamental upgrade of its IT and business process infrastructure.
