MISSION STATEMENT

GPRD will be a preferred coordinator for development and construction of new refinery projects in which NNPC has interest to meet petroleum products demand in Nigeria, Sub-Saharan African markets and beyond.

Departments &Functions

The department are structured on project basis,presently;

Olokola Refinery:

Olokola Refinery project (OKRef) is to coordinate the development and construction of a 200kbd high conversion Greenfield refinery around Olokola Free Trade zone (OKFTZ) of Nigeria.

Brass Refinery:

Brass Refinery project(BRRef) is to coordinate the development and construction of a 2ookbd high conversion Greenfield refinery in Brass,Bayelsa State
