The Corporate Service Directorate comprises the Group Human Resources Division, Group Medical Division, Group Insurance Division, Pension & Gratuity department and NNPC's London office. The Directorates guiding principle for the 2005-2007 plan is cheaper and better value for money services.

Group Insurance provides quality insurance protection and risk management at reasonable and competitive cost by identifying and incorporating new exposures at the beginning of each year.

The Pension Department complies with the new Federal Government’s Pension law.

Group Medical Services Division  provides cost effective health care delivery service. It aggressively creates preventive awareness in Sexually Transmitted Diseases and causes of sudden death especially in youths.

The Group Human Resources Division provides cost effective support services corporate wide through its three main departments, comprising the Personnel, Administration and Human Resource Departments.
