CORPORATE TOTAL QUALITY DEPARTMENT

The CTQD will continue to provide in house consultancy, facilitate and coordinate internal initiatives for the corporation. Its strategies for Total Quality improvement in the corporation for the planning period include:

  • Creation of awareness through workshops for staff and provision of skills and tools for quality improvement.
  • Assist Top Management integrate Quality Culture into the business processes by Sustaining Total Quality Management in NNPC.
  • Make CTQD a commercial process consultancy for other establishments and individuals through advertisements.
  • Produce Internal Quality Auditors and perform Internal Gap Analysis to ensure that CSUs conform to international organization for standardization (as defined in ISO 9001:2000).
